2024 Age Restrictions for Junior Equitation Classes:​
'A' Equitation Riders- a rider who is 15, 16, 17 on January 1st 2014
'B' Equitation Riders- a rider who is 12, 13, 14 on January 1st 2014
'C' Equitation Riders- A rider who is under 12 on January 1st 2014

Ponies are divided as follows:
"A" Ponies (Large) - over 13.2 hands, but not to exceed 14.2 hands, fences not to exceed 2’9”.
"B" Ponies (Medium) - over 12.2 hands, but not to exceed 13.2 hands, fences not to exceed 2’6”.
"C" Ponies (Small) - do not exceed 12.2 hands, fences not to exceed 2’3”.
Pony Rider Information:
Junior "A" riders may not ride "B" or "C" ponies.
Junior "B" riders may ride "A", "B" or "C" ponies.
Junior "C" riders may ride "A", "B" or "C" ponies.
A rider is classified as Junior "A" from the beginning of the calendar year in which they reach the age of 16 to the end of the calendar year in which they turn 18.
A rider is classified as Junior "B" from the beginning of the calendar year in which they turn 13 to the end of the calendar year in which they turn 15.
A rider is classified as Junior "C" until the end of the calendar year in which they turn 12.
Ring Dismissal Policy:
After 2 refusals or if the Judge excuses the rider, the rider must leave the ring. Failure to follow this rule could result in expulsion from the show without refund.
